1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using clanker.net ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

clanker.net is an AI skill marketplace that allows users to discover, install, and execute AI-powered skills. The service provides:

• Access to a marketplace of AI skills
• Ability to install and manage skills
• Execution of skills with AI-powered responses
• Storage of execution artifacts
• Secrets vault for securely storing API keys and credentials used during skill executions
• Subscription tiers with varying feature access (Free, Pro, Based Mode)
• AI agent chat for conversational skill execution (Based Mode)
• Workflow orchestration for multi-step operations (Based Mode)
• Inbound webhooks and push notifications (Based Mode)

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must create an account to use clanker.net. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. SUBSCRIPTION TIERS

clanker.net offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: 25 Ds starting balance, 2 API keys, basic MCP access, Secrets vault, artifact storage & sync, skill execution via dashboard. No subscription required.
• Pro ($11/month): 500 Ds/month included, 10 API keys, GitHub + 400 integrations, 10% discount on Ds packs. Everything in Free included. Billed monthly via Stripe.
• Based Mode ($29/month): 2,000 Ds/month included, unlimited API keys for bots & integrations, Workflow API with inbound webhooks & SSE streaming, AI agent chat with memory, push notifications. Everything in Pro included. Billed monthly via Stripe.

Based Mode is designated as experimental. Features within Based Mode are under active development and may change, be modified, or experience temporary disruptions. By subscribing to Based Mode, you acknowledge this experimental status and accept that features may evolve over time.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to tier-specific features continues until the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly Ds do not roll over between billing periods.

5. BILLING AND CREDITS

Dollarinos (Ds) are in-app compute credits. They are not real currency, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed outside of this app.

• New users receive 25 Ds free to start
• Ds are spent when executing skills, based on token usage
• Additional Ds credit packs are available through the app
• Ds credits never expire
• All transactions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Monthly subscription fees for Pro and Based Mode are billed via Stripe
• Monthly Ds allowances included with subscriptions do not roll over

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Share your account with others
• Use the AI agent chat to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to circumvent tier restrictions or access Based Mode features without a subscription
• Store secrets or credentials belonging to others without their authorization

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Skills from the marketplace may have their own licensing terms. Output generated through skill executions belongs to you, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.

8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Content generated by AI skills and the AI agent chat is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. This includes responses from the agent chat and workflow results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES

Features designated as "experimental" (including Based Mode) are provided on an as-is basis with the understanding that they are under active development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue experimental features at any time. While we strive to maintain service continuity, experimental features may experience temporary disruptions, behavior changes, or feature modifications without advance notice.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
